I had the Reminders saying it was at 17h10 and I never claimed that I missed it, I got there and they told me I missed it, the communication wasn’t great and in those case, a simple call to ask if everything is fine, if I’m showing up or making sure there is no miscommunication, is the least people should expect as a service instead of just leaving and putting the blame on your customer's, the 1 star if for the lack of effort and letting us without nails for something important the next day, with no possible ways of fixing the problem
This was my first experience in years at a nail salon, and definitely a positive one! Melrose made me feel super welcomed and comfortable, and even suggested the style that I ended up with (and love!). I already made my next appointment to go back. Thanks so much! I will definitely recommend your salon to my colleagues and to anyone else that asks about my awesome nails!
Relaxing, Clean, Professional. Always a great experience, never disappointed. Melrose (the owner) has such a warm personal touch with her customers and is always willing to go above and beyond to make her clients happy, accommodating their needs best she can. Highly recommend booking you next salon experience with Diamond Girlz you won't be disappointed.
Very professional. Jasmine really was great, I have bad nails that keep breaking and she made them look really pretty. My 91 year old mom had Sarah and she was very satisfied. We've had mani/pedi's at other places but have had bad experiences. Diamond girlz really are top notch when it comes to great service. Will definitely go there again when needed.
